Snow Emergency = Less Parking
Minneapolis snow emergency once again proves that we don't need all that on-street parking. Currently in effect this emergency bans parking on one side of the street on non-emergency routes.
I agree with your assessment. Milwaukee has odd/even parking the entire winter. Minneapolis ought adopt the same for at least the entire winter or, better yet, year round.
